  • Expert at hand-coding clean, coherent, compliant, and semantic HTML/CSS/Javascript
  • At least 3 years experience with all of the following: HTML/DHTML, Javascript, Ajax, CSS, Python, MySQL, PHP, ASP
  • Working knowledge of and enthusiastic interest in keeping up with "best practices" and new technologies
  • Experience with large-scale website file structures
  • Understanding of and appreciation for Web Usability
  • Great work ethic. Must thrive in a fast paced, creative, dynamic team-oriented startup environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Knowledge of open source applications like : Oscommerce, Zencart, Creloaded, OscMax, etc.
  • Excellent project analysis capabilities.
