We're back from our 2012 company trip to Da Nang – Hoi An – Hue, physically. Mentally though, a lot of us are still there. There’s no real new addition to the formula – sun, sand, sea, free flow of booze and drinks, lots of good food, a bit of shopping, and … scandals. Thanks to the SmartOSC Union for organizing this. Now you have to outdo yourself for future trips!
In the morning of May 7th 2012, SmartOSC organized the Ceremony of On-the-Job Training Program for students from FPT University. The program will be a valuable opportunity for the students to strengthen their knowledge from the University, accumulate experiences by working in real projects, as well as learning how to communicate and behave in the workplace.
As stated in our philosophy of life, at SmartOSC, we fully understand and strike to keep the balance between life and work by offering lots of public activities for our staff. To make them more meaningful and useful, we included a section of teamwork training in our activities.
During the game of box production, each team constituted an export company in competition with other companies for the delivery of commodities, and had to deal with any sudden changes in customers’ orders, inputs, and personnel, which requires all team members to work pro-actively and closely together.
Recently, SmartOSC has held or participated in many activities that help senior students and fresh graduate from IT institutes choose their career.With our efforts, including sponsorship for Career Day, organizing internships, consulting tips on CV writing and interviews, etc, we do hope that we can contribute to the growth of next developer generation.

All company members and their family have joined a glamorous event held by HR Department, in cooperation with our Union, on 13th, January, 2012. This was the Annual Party to cheer up our achievements in last year, reward employees’ contribution, and get informed about new strategies in the coming year.
