2. The recognition scheme at SmartOSC is designed to appreciate employees both in the long & short terms through quarterly bonus, project bonus, yearend bonus, and career promotion. These rewards act as an acknowledgement of the extra effort of an individual or team which is not part of their 'normal job' and provides a 'thank-you' gesture. All staff at specific rank is eligible for consideration subject to certain criteria and awards are in the form of bonus, promotion to enjoy Smart life. Along with supporting activities in work, our Company also invests its budget for indoor and outdoor team-building. Summer vacation and plenty of events are organized throughout the year, encouraging everyone to join in order to build up the mutual understanding and solidarity for all staff. 3. Premium Health Care
4. We have proudly launched our prestigious Premium Care program, starting from 1st January 2012, in order to provide better benefits for our valuable employees, especially health and safety. Eligible staff have their own insurance license (on company expense) to claim every medical expenditure under in-patient conditions, up to $3000 per year. We also assist our employees with the administration procedures to purchase insurance for their spouse and or higher option for themselves. Furthermore, HR Department is willing to support individuals in any steps of claiming insurance, including documentary preparation, contacting insurance company, money transfer, etc.

• People are core of our business, therefore we invest in them a wide range of training, including courses, seminars presented by both internal and external experts. These training activities are designed to meet up with the requirements of specific positions and ensure that every employee has the skills and capacity to do their job as effectively as possible. Training program is well planned and should ensure all the criteria of pre-survey, location, facility, accessibility, comfort, equipment, and timing. We also encourage our employees to search courses or certificates which are relevant to and helpful for their job, and further career, then support them part (or even full) of tuition fees.
