  • Promote Vanity Group owned brands through Partnership Marketing activation.
  • Relationship building with internal teams, influencers, the press and international client partners
  • Attend regular industry events
  • Create, manage and own the Vanity Group Partnership Marketing programs
  • Ensure sales and marketing teams collaborate regularly partnership events and activities
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Team to ensure targets and KPI's are met
  • Identify and develop new Partnership Marketing, Collaboration and Sponsorship opportunities
  • Develop and implement a promotional Partnership Marketing Plan to drive sales and increase market share of our brands


  • At least 1 year experience in a Partnership Marketing role
  • Highly professional work ethic
  • A genuine interest and experience in E-commerce/retail
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow through skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solution-focused
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with experience in CRM tools
  • Experience in working with content syndication tools and social media platforms would be an advantage
  • Agency management experience or working within an agency environment managing multiple clients desirable
