QA Leader (Japanese N2+) | SmartOSC | Your Trusted Ecommerce Partner

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Control processes of software and the project team
  • Review project status, project issues, project progress on a weekly basis
  • Collect and analyze key project metrics
  • Ensure the quality of software package is up to standards before releasing to customers
  • Forecast project issues
  • Build up new process for new line project
  • Lead a small team and train new members (3-5 members)
  • Ability to integrate individuals into the team and complete tasks with teamwork

REQUIREMENTS

  • Have experience in software processes or knowledge about leading software processes. At least 3 - 5 years’ experience (Agile, Scrum is advantage)
  • Have experience with working in IT projects with Japanese customers or in Japanese companies
  • Have experience in managing QA Team from 3-5 members
  • Participated in key software projects (new customer, new process, new technology, large team size…)
  • Japanese skills: from N2 level, good at technical reading & writing. Able to communicate with Japanese clients
  • Being certified in CSQA, CMMI, ISO and Internal Audit are beneficial, but not essential
  • Having ability to communicate in English is an advantage
  • Hardworking and careful
