Senior Sales Executive | SmartOSC | Your Trusted Ecommerce Partner

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To present the company’s services and products professionally via conference call or face-to-face meeting
  • To identify new business opportunities
  • To build relationship with potential customers
  • To manage client expectations, arbitrate and solve customer’s objections
  • To research market trends and customer’s information
  • To negotiate the terms of an agreement (including costs, delivery dates, scope of services) and closing sales
  • To manage customer data on CRM system

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • At least two years of experience with sales
  • Hard working and self-accountable
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation
  • Tracked record of meeting / exceeding sales quota
  • Willingness to travel

Having the following skills is an advantage:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience working / living in cross culture, international environments
  • Experience in technology sales
