RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development team to ensure the assigned duties meets business requirements and the company's objectives
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Identify, track, manage and resolve project issues
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Work directly with foreign customers from US, Europe, Australia, Singapore
  • Manage team size of 10~20 members
  • Report to: Division Manager

REQUIREMENT

  • Good project management skills: estimating, planning, organizing, leading, risk management, decision making.
  • Fluent in English (Able to communicate clearly with foreign clients)
  • At least 3 year-experience in PROJECT MANAGER Position
  • Work experience with foreign companies (English speaking)
  • Have technical knowledge about PHP
  • Experience working with eCommerce
  • Ready for on-site business travel

 Having the following skills is an advantage:

  • Graduated from IT (software or Information System) university or equivalent
  • Good knowledge about Magento/ Drupal
  • Experience with Scrum method
