Design plan, budget and implement administration duties
Build, maintain and improve continuously procedure in Administration Department
Operate and manage duties related to Administration such as: Manage asset; Manage, purchase, maintain equipment; Set up office, office landscape; Support paperwork, procedure to apply visa, passport, work permit for staff; Support clerical duties, advanced request, payment request between staff and Finance Department; Manage receptionist, housekeeper, staff in Administration Department; Support logistics for events, programs organized in Company
Have knowledge and skill in customer care service
Build up, train and manage team with 3-5 members
Graduated university majoring in Economics, Administration Management, Human Resources Management or equal
3 years (+) experience and 1 year (+) experience in the leader position.
Beneficial to have experience in Administration Manager in IT company
Have a passion for Administration work
Excellent negotiation skill to have the best price and best quality in purchasing.
Have experience and network in applying for the visa, passport for staff go onsite
Successfully organize internal events for company.
