Every year, Sitecore® honors its customers and their partners for excellence, in this category is to deliver an intuitive-to-navigate content experience through the Sitecore platform.
Last year, SmartOSC launched the new e-commerce platform for Mystays Hotel Management, the 3rd largest hotel management company in Japan, overseeing 6,708 rooms at 51 properties in the Greater Tokyo Area (mainly metropolitan Tokyo), Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka and Fukuoka. Mystays is the only hotel management company in Japan with a business model that enables its guests to freely select the length of stay at its four brands’ properties. Beyond this, they also offer travel guides and information for a number of locations around Japan with detailed descriptions of attractions and places of interest nearby their locations.
The result is a modern digital experience platform for a responsive site, multichannel support, analytics, integrations, and personalization. MyStays new website has a 50% faster load speed. The early business results are very positive indicate sustainable growth, with mobile bookings have increased by 20% and a 20% uplift in conversions. MyStays has seen increases in pages per visit 2.52 to 2.72 and banquet signups up 900%!
The Sitecore Experience Awards give recognition to brands that have developed true, customer-focused digital environments based on Sitecore technology. The SmartOSC team, together with Mystays technical team, have developed exciting, contextual and personalized experiences for customers. Because of the achieved results and the omnichannel approach with Sitecore Commerce, the project was selected above several other entries from big agencies like Accenture, Fujitsu or Avanade.
