As the demand for Digital Transformation using eCommerce globally is growing so rapidly, SmartOSC is expanding very fast along with the need to build our World-Class Enterprise Sales team in different markets - Australia, Japan, the US, EU, and SEA.

The mission of the Account Manager is to build long-term relationships with key customers by becoming their trusted advisor, engineering value through the use of the company’s services & solutions, and nurture the connection with the key stakeholders within the customer’s organization.


  • Collaborate with key partners in Thailand to generate more sales opportunities 
  • Nurture the relationship with the existing enterprise network & customers 
  • Grow the assigned customer base by upselling/cross-selling to meet the sales target
  • Make sales presentations to the potential customers. 
  • Be the local point of contact to onboard new clients 
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the customer’s key stakeholders
  • Participate in RFP, RFI, RFQ, Tenders...
  • Manage customer data on the CRM system
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports



  • Fluent in both spoken and written Thai & English
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience (at least 02 years)
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Hard-working and self-accountable

Desirable (Good to have):

  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience working / living in cross culture, international environments
  • Experience in technology and enterprise sales
  • Wide network in the retail / digital space
