As the demand for Digital Transformation using eCommerce globally is growing so rapidly, SmartOSC is expanding very fast along with the need to build our world-class B2B Marketing team, serving across different markets - Australia, the US, EU, and SEA.

The mission of Digital Marketing Executive is to plan and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote a company's products, services and other marketing initiatives (events, content).

This role works closely with the Head of Marketing and Product Marketing Manager to plan campaigns, analyze metrics, and identify trends

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To conduct research and analyze data to identify and define audiences
  • To oversee and develop marketing campaigns, analyze results and make adjustments
  • To maintain websites and look at data analytics
  • To organize events and product exhibitions
  • Be responsible for marketing concepts and content production and publishing for Ecommerce product via social media marketing channels, email marketing, search engine marketing, online PR, as well as other online channels (Across Web, Affiliate, Social & PPC)
  • To identify and deliver the product branding
  • Other tasks as requested by manager 

REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

  • Fluent in written English
  • At least 1 year of experience with marketing (Digital marketing)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Hard working and self- accountable
  • Fast learner and sense of urgency to accomplish given tasks
  • Deep understanding of media management across digital channels (Social, Affiliate, PPC, Content, etc.)
  • Demonstrated strategic and tactical skills related to implementation of marketing plan and recommending resources necessary for success
  • Familiar with online analytic suites such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Facebook insights, etc.

Desirable (Good to have):

  • Qualifications: Marketing/ Business/ Communication degree
  • Background in IT agency and other B2B agency-side marketing preferred
  • Experience with Account Based Marketing preferred
  • Have good knowledge about marketing in Ecommerce product
