As the demand for Digital Transformation using eCommerce globally is growing so rapidly, SmartOSC is expanding very fast along with the need to build our World-Class Enterprise Sales team in different markets - Australia, Japan, the US, EU, and SEA.

The mission of Field Marketing Executive is to develop the marketing plan for a specific market: building brand awareness and planning & executing marketing campaigns to generate new prospects.

This role works closely with the Head of Marketing and Sales Manager to plan and execute marketing plans for SmartOSC and our products.


    • Design plan, budget and implement marketing plans for the specific market
    • Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and build customized marketing & partnership strategies
    • Collaborate with marketing team (content marketing, digital marketing...) to execute marketing plans 
    • Keep track the output and timeline of marketing plans
    • Maintain relationship with media agencies and external vendor for the specific market
    • Build and cultivate partner relationship on professional and personal level with Partnership & Marketing team of our partners
    • Contribute to content & PR strategy for the market
    • Involve in all other sales and marketing activities for the market
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities of the market



  • 3+ years experience in Marketing (1+ year in managerial position).
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • High levels of creativity & entrepreneurship
  • Aptitude in creative problem-solving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desirable (Good to have):

  • Qualifications: Marketing/ Business/ Communication degree
  • Background in IT agency and other B2B agency-side marketing preferred
  • Have good knowledge about marketing in Ecommerce product
