As the demand for Digital Transformation using eCommerce globally is growing so rapidly, SmartOSC is expanding very fast along with the need to build our world-class B2B Marketing team, serving across different markets - Australia, the US, EU, and SEA.

The mission of Partnership Marketing Executive is to work with our platform partners (Adobe/Magento, Sitecore, Shopify, BigCommerce) and our technology partners (Emarsys, Dotdigital, Rackspace, etc) to plan and execute partnership marketing campaigns, including events, co-created content, and other collaborative digital campaigns.

This role works closely with the Head of Marketing & Head of Partnership to plan and execute partnership strategy for SmartOSC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Build and cultivate partner relationship on professional and personal level with Partnership and Marketing team of our partners
    • Designing plan, budget and implement partnership marketing plans
    • Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, workshop with partners
    • Webinar planning and execution
    • Planning and monitoring ongoing partnership presence on social media
    • Planning and monitoring Press Release and other PR effort with partners
    • Monitoring digital marketing effort with partners
    • Providing relevant, trendy ideas and topics for co-created content with partners
    • Maintaining relationship with media agencies and external vendors

REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

  • Fluent in English / Other languages preferred but not required
  • Have at least 2 year experience in Marketing
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • High levels of creativity and entrepreneurship
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desirable (Good to have):

  • Qualifications: Marketing/ Business/ Communication degree
  • Background in IT agency and other B2B agency-side marketing preferred
  • Have good knowledge about marketing in Ecommerce product
