As the demand for Digital Transformation using Ecommerce from the enterprises in the APAC region is growing rapidly, SmartOSC is expanding very fast along with our need of building a World-Class International Enterprise Sales team to capture the market share and serve as many enterprise customers as possible. 

SmartOSC Sales Academy was founded in 2019 with the goal to build up that World- Class Sales team with 60+ Sales Hunters,  Partnership Managers, and Account Managers from Level 1 (Sales Executive) to Level 4 (Country Manager). 

Sales Trainer is a crucial position to help achieve our World-Class dream of building up that Sales Team capable of traveling the world, compete, and win in the global technology market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist the Head of Sales to research and build the training program for all levels (1-4)
    • Develop sales training curriculum (draft training contents & materials, documents; track new training methods and techniques; design educational aids, update curriculum as needed, edit training video clip...) with the guidance from the Sales Manager
    • Organize and prepare all necessary logistics for all sales training programs
    • Deliver basic fundamental sales skills training sessions for sales executives (Level 1)
    • Implement qualification testing and evaluation for sales training programs
    • Identify struggling learners and provide additional 1-1 practice with feedback as necessary
    • Manage and update all sales training database and sales training record
    • Work with sales leadership to identify gaps in training delivery and implement creative solutions
    • Implement qualification testing and evaluation for sales training programs
    • Deliver oversea training for different markets (upon request)
    • Other tasks assigned by Head of Sales

REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

  • 01 year experience in sales training experience
  • Understanding of sales processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Able to communicate with all levels, assertive and initiative
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Aptitude in creative problem-solving Commit to be reachable at all times    

Desirable (Good to have):

  • Working knowledge of Learning Platforms and technology (Learning Management Systems, Reinforcement Platforms etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in related position
  • Background in IT industry
