As the demand for Digital Transformation using eCommerce globally is growing rapidly, SmartOSC is expanding very fast along with the need to build our World-Class Enterprise Sales team in different markets - Australia, Japan, the US, EU, and SEA.

We are seeking a high energy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record of success selling to join our dynamic sales team. This is a perfect opportunity to make a jump to a rapidly growing e-commerce agency with an attractive challenge. You will be responsible for generating, developing, and closing service delivery agreements in Singapore.

This role is supported by Inside Sales, Partnership Manager, and Account managers, as part of a driven, hungry multi-functional team responsible for the market/region.


    • Close deals to meet /exceed the assigned Sales Targets
    • Build a network and identify business opportunities (Networks & Events)
    • Make sales pitches / presentations to the prospects.
    • Travel to meet the prospects & clients in the region
    • Participate in RFP, RFI, RFQ, Tenders...
    • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
    • Manage customer data on the CRM system
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.



  • 05 years experience in IT Service Sales with a proven track record (ERP, CRM, Ecom)
  • Smart, aggressive, ambitious to conquer new challenges
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills (ice-breaking, storytelling, and conversation
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English (Advanced level)
  • Hard-working and self-accountable

Desirable (Good to have):

  • Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in related position
  • Background in IT industry is preferred
