Whatever you call it, it is in some ways the most difficult and the riskiest type of digital transformation. That’s because it requires creativity to imagine doing things in such a radically different way, and daring to pursue it although it might be an idea too ahead of its time to work.
You need to start getting rid of all your out-of-date tech structures and replacing them with new cloud-based microservices, and you need to use the Internet of things in your business processes. So, while there’s no one-size-fits-all answer here, you should definitely try to do numbers 1, 2 and 3 on this list.
