This is the latest release news from Magento about scheduled dates for version updates in 2021. Magento 2.4 and Magento 2.3 will have new eCommerce and B2B features to download in Beta, Pre-release, and for General Availability in each quarter of 2021.
Magento Commerce is the most powerful and popular site building platform for making scalable eCommerce webstores. Magento regularly releases security patches and functional bug fixes for all its supported release lines for CE and EE.
Beta version updates are available to all partners, and are designed to be a period for code review and bug fixing in new releases, but not for security-only patches. Pre-release version updates are available for Magento Commerce merchants and partners two weeks before General Availability. This lets them deploy the new code faster before the release is available to the general public.

Here is the complete Magento versions list 2021:
Versions 2.4.2, 2.4.1-p1 and 2.3.6-p1 will be released in the first quarter of the calendar year 2021, between January and March 2021.
The Beta version of Magento 2.4.2 will be released on 5 January 2021.
The Pre-release versions of Magento 2.4.2, Magento 2.4.1-p1 and Magento 2.3.6-p1 will be available on 26 January 2021.
The full and final versions of Magento 2.4.2, Magento 2.4.1-p1 and Magento 2.3.6-p1 will be available to the general public on 9 February 2021.
Versions 2.4.2-p1 and 2.3.7 will be released in the second quarter of the calendar year 2021, between April and June 2021.
The Beta version of Magento 2.3.7 will be released on 6 April 2021.
The Pre-release versions of Magento 2.4.2-p1 and Magento 2.3.7 will be available on 27 April 2021.
The full and final versions of Magento 2.4.2-p1 and Magento 2.3.7 will be available to the general public on 11 May 2021.
Note that the Magento 2.3.x release line, as of Q2 2021, will not support PHP 7.3. PHP 7.3 will reach its end-of-life in December 2021, so merchants and partners must update to PHP 7.4.
Versions 2.4.3, 2.4.2-p2 and 2.3.7-p1 will be released in the third quarter of the calendar year 2021, between July and September 2021.
The Beta version of Magento 2.4.3 will be released on 6 July 2021.
The Pre-release versions of Magento 2.4.3, Magento 2.4.2-p2 and Magento 2.3.7-p1 will be available on 27 July 2021.
The full and final versions of Magento 2.4.3, Magento 2.4.2-p2 and Magento 2.3.7-p1 will be available to the general public on 10 August 2021.
Versions 2.4.3-p1 and 2.3.7-p2 will be released in the third quarter of the calendar year 2021, between October and December 2021.
There will be no Beta versions of Magento in Q4 2021 because only security patches will be released.
The Pre-release versions of Magento 2.4.3-p1 and Magento 2.3.7-p2 will be available on 28 September 2021.
The full and final versions of Magento 2.4.3-p1 and Magento 2.3.7-p2 will be available to the general public on 12 October 2021.

Magento 2.3 is still supported, but there are changes to the update policy. Security patches will continue to be deployed through the quarterly releases, but quality improvements will now only be fixed with the Magento Quality Patch (MQP).
The MQP is a tool in the ECE tools package for Magento Commerce Cloud introduced by Magento in August 2020 to make quality updates faster and not dependent on security upgrades.
There are no plans to release Magento 3 or Magento 2.5 in 2021.
