In 2015, at L’Oréal, Bhavin was responsible for driving eCommerce growth across 67 markets, building an effective digital strategy for The Body Shop globally. In 2012, at Tesco, he launched the ecommerce business in nine markets across Central Europe and South East Asia in less than two years, responsible for driving brand presence and revenue performance across ten international territories. In 2010, at Marks and Spencer, he was responsible for the annual online trade plan including defining objectives and the strategies for user acquisition, retention and growth. He delivered the first online exclusive range ‘Autograph’ by Rosie Hunnington prior to introduction to stores, resulting in becoming a truly multiple channel brand.

Stan Kim is Group Chief Operating and Innovation Officer. He joined COURTS as Group Chief Information Officer in 2015, serving as Country CEO of CSPL from 2016 to 2017, assuming the role of Group Chief Innovation Officer in April 2017 as well as the role of Group Chief Operating Officer in February 2018. Prior to COURTS, he was Managing Director at Wilko Asia from 2014 to 2015, and Managing Director at DSG International Sourcing from 2011 to 2014.
