SmartOSC and Kanmo Group won Outstanding Retail Transformation of the Year at ASEAN Retail Excellence Awards. This is an award at RetailEx event, hosted by Thai Retailer Association, recognises retailers who have successfully reinvented their business in this new digital age and who look set to deliver sustainable growth.
With the desire to become the first truly omnichannel retailer in South East Asia, Kanmo wanted to start with Justice, a leading American brand for tween girls with 13 stores in 4 major Indonesian cities. In order to do so, Kanmo Group has partnered with SmartOSC for consulting, designing user-centric experiences, technical implementations and integrations for Justice online store at shopjustice.co.id.
Justice website was launched at the end of April 2018. The customer responses have been phenomenal and customer satisfaction scores according to a recent store survey improve significantly. After 5 years of operation, Justice brand now has broaden its ability to cater all the needs from our customer in all over Indonesia. Instead of only shop in store, the brand wants to provide customers with an omnichannel experience, where they can shop at anytime and anywhere, either shop online then pick up at the nearest store or shop at store or ship it directly to their homes.
Justice’s site is the first step of Kanmo Group’s overall strategy to offer an exciting new shopping experience for Indonesian consumers. The Group now can easily launch new online stores for other brands and connect them with Justice while maintaining management via single account and admin interface. SmartOSC will continue providing support service for Justice website and start working on the second phase of the project to implement further omnichannel capabilities for other brands under Kanmo Retail Group.
