SmartOSC has been recognised with a Bronze at the Asia eCommerce Awards 2021 for a project to help one of the world’s leading computer brands revamp their online shopping.
The full-service digital commerce agency won the award presented by Marketing Interactive magazine for a project to help ASUS Singapore use a customer data platform (CDP) and omnichannel retail concepts to ramp up personalisation for both business buyers and consumers.
The Asia eCommerce Awards 2021 were judged by leading marketing experts from across Asia, with top executives from world-famous brands like Shopify, Cathay Pacific, Proctor & Gamble, and more on the panel.
The work to enhance ASUS Singapore’s shopping experience was achieved by leveraging technology from some of SmartOSC’s top partners, including Antsomi, Adobe Commerce and ConnectPOS.
The implementation of these technologies has helped increase web sessions and page views by over 43% and 40% respectively
On the business side of things, ASUS Singapore recorded over 5% units growth in its overall business in Singapore and an increase in average order value of over SG$1,400, while generating a 7% and 9% incremental in transactions and add-to-cart rate respectively and a 6% increase in conversion rate with the help of personalisation.
